At Scribe, we recognize that no two projects or clients are the same, and as each project progresses through its lifecycle, requirements and changes evolve. Therefore, we employ an agile approach to project engagement that allows us to respond quickly and adapt to these changing needs. This approach coupled with continuous collaboration from team members and project stakeholders allows the delivery team to cycle through a process of planning, executing, and evaluating at every benchmark. Ensuring a high-quality and accurate end-work product is delivered by our team.
Depending on the contractual agreement before the commencement of each project, a detailed review is completed of the project's progress to date to better determine what best complements supporting the project's personnel needs and timeline requirements. Once understood, a customized timeline is developed and presented to the client, highlighting internal project benchmarks and deadlines our delivery team will follow to provide the most optimal outcome for the client's final drafting or documentation deliverable due date.
Project information is provided to Scribe project managers via client to assist in crafting a services agreement (i.e., project schedule, scope with LOD, programming, deliverables, exhibits, etc.).
Agreements will follow standard AIA consultant contract documents, including terms and conditions, payment structure, any exhibits and modifications, and a letter to proceed for client approval.
Scribe production staff are granted access and permissions to the project's Revit model after being uploaded to the Autodesk cloud for multi-user collaboration. *Assistance is available if necessary.
Design team lead and Scribe production staff meet to review the project timeline, expectations, history, LOD required, and the firm's drawing standards that will be utilized throughout production.
