 At Scribe, we recognize that no two projects or clients are the same, and as each project progresses through its lifecycle, requirements and changes evolve. Therefore, we employ an agile approach to project engagement that allows us to respond quickly and adapt to these changing needs. This approach coupled with continuous collaboration from team members and project stakeholders allows the delivery team to cycle through a process of planning, executing, and evaluating at every benchmark. Ensuring a high-quality and accurate end-work product is delivered by our team.  

Depending on the contractual agreement before the commencement of each project, a detailed review is completed of the project's progress to date to better determine what best complements supporting the project's personnel needs and timeline requirements. Once understood, a customized timeline is developed and presented to the client, highlighting internal project benchmarks and deadlines our delivery team will follow to provide the most optimal outcome for the client's final drafting or documentation deliverable due date.
